How quickly can a doctor arrive?

Our typical response time is within one hour for locations in Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta. Arrival times may vary depending on traffic, your location and physician availability.

Do you provide medical visits at hotels and private residences?

Yes. We provide medical care at hotels, private homes, apartments, villas, condominiums and vacation rentals. Our services are available for both domestic and international travelers, as well as local residents.

Do your doctors speak English?

Yes. Our physicians provide consultations in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication throughout your visit.

Do you accept travel or international medical insurance?

Yes. We work with a variety of travel and international health insurance providers. Please let us know before your appointment so we can verify the required documentation and claims process.

Do you treat children and older adults?

Yes. Our family physicians are qualified to care for patients of all ages, from children to older adults.

Are you available 24 hours a day?

Our regular service hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. After-hours visits may be available upon request, subject to physician availability, and may include an additional fee for evening or emergency service.

Can you provide an invoice?

Yes. We can issue an official Mexican tax invoice (CFDI) upon request. Simply let us know when scheduling your appointment.

Do you provide medications?

Yes. If prescribed by the physician, we can deliver your medications directly to your location. Medications are billed separately and are provided based on the physician's medical evaluation.

What medical conditions do you treat?

We diagnose and treat a wide range of acute illnesses, chronic conditions and common medical concerns for patients of all ages. If your condition requires hospital care or evaluation by a specialist, we will coordinate the appropriate referral or transfer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and bank transfers for your convenience.

Do I need an appointment, or can I be seen the same day?

In most cases, we can provide same-day medical visits at your hotel, home or current location. If you prefer, you may also schedule an appointment in advance at a time that works best for you.

What if I need laboratory tests or X-rays?

If additional laboratory or imaging studies are medically necessary, we can coordinate for qualified healthcare providers to perform these services at your hotel or residence whenever available, helping you avoid unnecessary travel.

Does the consultation include a prescription?

Yes. If medically appropriate, your physician will provide a prescription as part of your consultation. Medications are not included in the consultation fee but can be delivered for an additional charge.

What should I do if I believe this is a medical emergency?

If you believe the patient is experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, such as loss of consciousness, severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, seizures, heavy bleeding or any other critical condition, call 911 immediately or request emergency medical services.

Our team can provide guidance and, whenever appropriate, assist in coordinating your medical care or transfer to the appropriate hospital. However, our house call medical service is not a substitute for emergency medical services.
